3.2.2.1. What Do I Need?

One of the greatest features of the JR 1000 Series is its simplicity. This is all you need to start data logging.

3.2.2.2. How Do I Connect to My Computer?

On the back of your computer, look for the serial interface receptor. This receptor will have nine communication pins in the

male configuration and is known as the com port.

Some computers do not have a 9-pin serial interface. Alternatively, they will have either a 25-pin serial port or a USB

interface.
